  1. How to make a booking

    On the homepage, click the area on the map of New Zealand for your required destination. This will display the selected ASURE property including information and facilities. Use the "Book Online" button to check availability and to view room descriptions, photos, location map, driving directions and to book online.

  2. Check In Time

    Standard check in time is 2.00 pm onwards - but please refer to the individual property information details. If you are expecting to check in after hours, please phone and advise the property direct of your estimated time of arrival.

  3. Check Out Time

    Standard check out time is 10.00 am - but please refer to the individual property information details. If you require a late check-out, please discuss with the property direct. An additional charge may apply.

  4. Cancellation Policy

  5. Deposits Required

    Credit card details are required for all bookings - Please refer to the individual property information details.

  6. Forward Bookings

    All ASURE properties offer a “Free Book Ahead” service.

  7. Commissions

    No commissions are paid on online bookings through the ASURE Accommodation Group website.
